The inviting pool provided a relaxing retreat.
The room setup was far from what was advertised, and I ended up in a cramped space without a proper seating area or patio. Having to deal with noise from the washing machine and a door that wouldn't open added to my frustration. Finding small ants in the room suggested a lack of proper maintenance.

Excellent location to Karakal national park, ACCOMMODATING staff, everything was good. Got big deluxe room with 3 beds as expected, liked it. There were a refrigerator, a washing machine, and glassware upon arrival. The provided service was good.

The staff were really helpful and provided a very good service. Had budget bungalow with a king bed and wake-up service was available in it.

enjoying easy access to parks and charming landmarks
during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short 500-meter walk from Macal River Park with beautiful views for leisurely strolls, and it was also close to the fine Sacred Heart Parish church, making it easy to explore the city's charm on foot.

Clean hotel, facilities are GREAT, and the location is exceptionally nice in the center of San Ignacio. The rooms are exceptionally clean and budget here with a shared bathroom and a stunning view of the garden, as example. The staff are very amiable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Good service, the breakfast is local.

Poor room description accuracy!!! The noise from washing machines is disturbing!!! Non-functional door locks need attention!!! Small ants suggest maintenance issues that need to be addressed!!!

Internet connectivity was excellent, allowing seamless work . The inviting pool provided a relaxing retreat after exploring nearby shops. The shared bathroom situation and occasional noise from the surroundings were noteworthy downsides. Breakfast options were basic but quite satisfying, especially those buttermilk biscuits.

Wonderful place to stay! Loved the setting and the proximity to everything! We walked to the restaurants and the market and downtown to shop! The employees were so kind and very helpful! Great breakfast too! Love the pool area with the string lights at night and the music playing! You could relax and hang out!

We enjoyed horseback riding through the nature reserve and visiting the nearby caves. The pool was perfect. The resort was conveniently close to shops for snacks and essentials.
The shared bathroom arrangement was a bit surprising and took some getting used to, but we managed.
